Meet The Accounting Team
Deon Robbetze
Deon Robbetze is an experienced accountant who began his career in 1985 at a Big Four accounting firm in his home country of South Africa. He quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a partner in an accounting practice in Rustenburg by 1990. After many successful years in South Africa, Deon decided to immigrate to Australia in 2008 to pursue new opportunities. Upon arriving in Australia, Deon wasted no time establishing himself in the accounting industry. In 2010, he became a senior partner in an accounting practice in Joondalup, where he continued to excel in his profession. In 2012, he obtained a Master of Taxation from Curtin University of Technology, further solidifying his expertise in the field. As his career progressed, Deon decided to restructure the partnership in 2022 to better align with his vision for the future. He founded Grace Public Accountants, a firm that focuses on providing personalized and high-quality accounting services to clients in Australia and beyond. Throughout his career, Deon has proven himself to be a dedicated and knowledgeable accountant committed to providing his clients with exceptional service. He brings decades of experience and a wealth of expertise to every engagement, making him a highly sought-after professional in the industry.
Kelcy Momberg
Kelcy Momberg
Kelcy Momberg is an experienced accountant who graduated from the University of South Africa in 2008 with a Bachelor of Accounting Science (BCompt) degree. She completed a 4-year traineeship with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) from 2005 to 2008, gaining valuable experience and expertise in the field of accounting. In 2013, Kelcy became a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA), further enhancing her credentials and knowledge.

Nellie Robbetze is currently working for Grace Public Accountants as an Office Administrator. In her current role, Nellie is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing the reception desk, coordinating appointments and meetings, and providing administrative support to the accounting team. Nellie is highly skilled in managing complex administrative functions and has a keen eye for detail. She is known for her ability to work under pressure and her strong organizational skills, which allow her to juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Kalyan is an accomplished and enthusiastic professional who joined our team in 2024. He holds dual master's degrees: a Master of Professional Accounting from King's Own Institute in Sydney and MSc in Business Administration from Vrije University Amsterdam.
With over a year of experience in public practice, Kalyan has been honing his skills to provide exceptional accounting services to our clients. His meticulous attention to detail ensures precision and reliability in all his work, fostering trust and confidence among our clients.

Jess is an experienced Management Accountant that specialises in management reporting including budgeting and cashflow forecasting. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Marketing from Curtin University.

Sherry holds a master’s degree of professional accounting from Queensland University of Technology. She is experienced in MYOB, bank reconciliation, account payable and payroll. She is Xero Advisor, Xero Payroll certified and ACCA Affiliate. She is passionate about helping clients with their financial jobs and gaining experience in accounting field to become a CPA member in the future.

She works with our clients advising on accounting process efficiencies, new technology, cost controls, profit maximisation, budget forecasting & scenario planning and has a passion for working with people to improve their accounting processes to help grow their business..

When not a work, Amanda can be found cycling the coastal path and enjoying coffee overlooking the ocean. At weekends, she'll be at the Arena taking a pump class and then any space time is taken up walking Luna, my lovely cavoodle.
